This product is suitable for the condition with strict request for fireproof, huge rating wave and dirtiness and moist, such us the airport, subway, power plant, mine industry, hospital, high-building, shopping center, crowd area, and oil industry, nuclear power plant, etc.
Performance characteristics:
1. Safety
The SGB series transformers are free of combustible resins, and halogens, and are non-combustible during use, making them flame-resistant. They do not explode or release toxic gases, posing no harm to the environment, other equipment, or human health. They are insensitive to temperature, dust, and pollution, exhibit low operational partial discharge, and are crack-resistant. These safety features are particularly suitable for locations with high fire safety requirements and dense populations.
2. Reliability
Both high and low-voltage windings employ NOMEX paper insulation material, undergo multiple VPI [Vacuum Pressure Impregnation] processes with solventless Class H impregnating varnish, and are cured through high-temperature baking. The products are rated at Class H [180°C], while the primary insulation material is Class C [220°C]. They have ample overload capacity and excellent short-circuit resistance. They can operate at 20% overload for extended periods without the need for additional cooling. These products are especially suitable for places where power reliability is critical, such as factories, mines, medical facilities, data centers, and research institutions.
3. Energy efficiency and environmental friendliness
Materials like copper and iron are easily recyclable at the end of the product’s life cycle. NOMEX paper insulation material does not release toxic substances when burned. Other insulation materials are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. The products have low losses, contributing to energy efficiency.
4. Quality assurance
The transformer body undergoes VPI [Vacuum Pressure Impregnation] technology with multiple cycles of impregnation and high-temperature curing. This significantly enhances insulation strength, reduces partial discharges, and, combined with efficient heat dissipation design and high-quality insulation materials, ensures a design service life of up to 30 years with minimal maintenance required. We offer a warranty period of up to 4 years.
5. Flexible design
The production and manufacturing of SG(B) series transformers do not require molds, allowing for flexible, personalized design based on customer requirements and on-site environmental conditions. This results in short production cycles and timely deliveries.
